Revenge! is a water-based proprietary formula with odor counteractants and a fresh clean scent—developed by Carpet Chemist LLC in Columbia, Missouri from 30+ years of professional carpet and upholstery care. We specialized in correcting “impossible” stain and odor jobs and saved millions of dollars of carpet for our customers.

Revenge! was born because our repeat customers asked us to create our own formula: nothing on the market worked, and some products even damaged carpet color. We eliminate odor at the source—not with gimmick marketing or temporary cover-ups.

Follow professional procedure (spray, extract completely, dry fast; pour only for large deep jobs) and results are almost instant almost every time. Severe cases may need a second application.

Revenge! is water-based and for water-safe surfaces only when used as directed, including:

• Colorfast carpet and area rugs
• Fabric upholstery (water-safe only)
• Hardwood, laminate, and tile
• Concrete and sealed floors
• Car seats, floor mats, and interiors
• Pet beds and crates
• Litter boxes

Not for: wool, leather, suede, or any non-water-safe material.

Always test a small, inconspicuous area first to confirm colorfastness.

With proper procedure, results are almost instant almost every time. Severe cases may need a second application. Success depends heavily on complete extraction—especially a wet/dry vacuum pulling out urine and the emulsified Revenge! solution. More urine needs more product and more extraction. Do not leave Revenge! sitting for 10–15 minutes. Never leave carpet wet longer than necessary. Do not rub or scrub carpet fibers—that can damage them. Blot or extract only.

Before every use:

Give the bottle one quick shake to bring the formula to life after storage.

Small stains and the majority of jobs (spray + extract/blot):

1. Remove as much urine as possible first with a wet/dry vacuum (always preferred) or by blotting with a clean white cotton terry cloth.
2. Spray Revenge! liberally onto the affected area and beyond it.
3. Immediately extract with the wet/dry vacuum to pull out as much urine and treatment solution as possible—or, if you do not have a vacuum, blot thoroughly (extra blotting) with clean white cotton terry cloths. Press and lift; do not rub or scrub.
4. No rinsing required. Aim for about 95% moisture removal.

Pour only for large-volume urine into backing and padding:

Pouring is not for small stains. Use pour only when a large volume of urine has soaked down into the carpet backing and padding. After extracting urine first, remove the sprayer and pour Revenge! so it penetrates that deep path (gravity can spread contamination up to about twice the visible stain). Only pour when you have a proper wet/dry vacuum to fully extract. Immediately extract; reapply and extract again if needed. Do not leave the area soaking.

Important drying tip:

Complete extraction is crucial. Pull out as much moisture as possible (~95%), then put a fan or blower on the area. Leaving carpet wet for long dwell times is not our recommendation.

Yes. Revenge! is specifically engineered for tough, long-standing pet stains and odors. Our professional-strength formula penetrates deep into carpet fibers, padding, and other surfaces to break down embedded organic material.

For older or set-in stains, you may need a second treatment — and in some cases a third — for complete elimination. The key is thorough saturation so the formula reaches all the way to the source.

Deeper or older jobs need thorough product volume, full extraction of the emulsified mess, and fast drying. A second application usually finishes severe cases.

Yes. Revenge! is compatible with most hot water extraction carpet cleaning machines. Add it to the solution tank according to your machine’s instructions. It works well for deep cleaning larger areas or entire rooms after spot treatment.

For spot jobs at home, we fully test and recommend the Shark StainStriker wet/dry vacuum (coming soon in our store)—compact enough to store under the sink.

Always follow with thorough extraction and a fan or blower so the carpet dries as fast as possible.

Revenge! is formulated for colorfast, water-safe carpets and upholstery. It dries clear with no sticky residue when used properly.

Do not use on wool, leather, suede, or other non-water-safe materials. Always test a small hidden area first. Avoid non-colorfast materials.

Occasionally, odor or staining can reappear if the original mess was not fully treated or if residue remains deep in the padding or subfloor.

Re-treat thoroughly. Extract first, spray enough Revenge! (pour only for large-volume urine into backing and padding when you have a wet/dry vacuum), then extract completely with the vac or extra blotting—no scrubbing (~95% moisture). Fan or blower dry. A second application finishes most tough jobs.

Most customers achieve lasting results with proper re-treatment. Unused product can be returned within 30 days. See Shipping & Returns.

Persistent issues after multiple applications may indicate damage to the subfloor or padding that requires professional restoration.

Orders ship in 1–2 business days. Standard USPS then takes about 3–5 business days in the continental United States.

Standard shipping is $6. The 2-pack and any order over $59 ship free at the standard rate. Expedited shipping is $12.99 at checkout.

You can return new, unused product in the original packaging within 30 days. You pay return shipping on non-defective returns. There is no restocking fee.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will send a replacement at no charge.
