Our Story

REVENGE! was born from over 35 years of real-world carpet cleaning experience at Carpet Chemist, a full-service company founded in 1988 right here in Columbia, Missouri.

I started the business out of the trunk of my car with a passion for solving the toughest pet stains and odors that other cleaners simply couldn’t handle. What began small quickly grew into a trusted local operation with three vans, serving everyone from college students in apartments to millionaires and billionaires in some of Columbia’s finest homes.

Our specialty was saving carpets from replacement. We removed stains and odors that no one else could touch - protecting millions of dollars’ worth of carpet over the years while employing a great team of people who shared our commitment to doing the job right. We freely shared our knowledge because we believed homeowners and professionals deserved better solutions.

Working with biochemists and cleaning industry experts, we developed Revenge! - a professional-strength formula scientifically formulated to eliminate odors at the source rather than masking them.
